Fashion Nova is really ridiculous! I WOULD NOT give them even one star! I can't believe I have the same experience as others on here. I ordered several items from their Cyber Monday Sale after Thanksgiving to get it by Christmas, hopefully to give as gifts. It is 12/21/20 today and my package has been sitting in Woodridge, IL for several weeks "SUPPOSEDLY"! I live in Chicago, IL...what is the problem here!? I tried to look for a contact number to OneliveX is who their shipping carrier and no number to be found! I am very furious! I want a refund! I will never ever order from them! Very untrustworthy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA!
