I ordered over $100 worth of items November 30th and here it is December 21st and no order no update yet in my account status says fulfilled😡 customer care is a joke no number to call no updates and they promised 9-12days for shipment and it's now well over that time. This order included Christmas presents . Cant says if I'll ever order from them again I'm soooooo disappointed
