I ordered my items (which was 1 sweater dress) on November 29 and even paid for 4 day shipping to have it here by my birthday (Dec 4). I was understanding when it wasn’t here that day, because of COVID, however it is now December 21st and I have filed 2 claims and have yet to hear back from them. Fashion Nova has proven to only be nothing more than a scamming company. If this was a legitimate business, they would answer the emails I have sent countless times. To say this company was beyond disappointing to me is an understatement. I will NEVER order from fashion nova again, and I’m just saying Walmart has some of the same things they do, and Walmart is more reliable
