I'm highly frustrated with fashion nova... I've been trying to contact them about my purchase order, one of the items wasn't sent & got something totally different. I have my receipt and the item in the package untouched. I went on their website to get help on what to do next but I get their form that I have to fill out every single time, but then no further instructions on what to do next other than to fill out their form AGAIN!. I just want to speak with someone, so I can get my refund or get the actual item I ordered. Also it took them abput a month to receive my order, their tracking sucked as well, it said it was shipped put from CA, delayed in NJ, then it was out in my city for delivery, then back to CA then back to my city. This took too long for this order to be sent out. I am most definitely not purchasing from here anymore.
