Fashion Nova started the process of sending my package in just 3 days they are time efficient, have amazing items and sales with top class employees. I would like to concentrate on the customer service I received. I contacted Fashion Nova Help on Twitter and received excellent assistance from Crystal. She’s a real gem I’ve never experienced anyone being this helpful, kind and patient. It was my first time ordering and she explained everything and assisted me right through. I have been waiting for a few months for my parcel but only because I am from South Africa, I realised very soon that the issue and delay are because of the customs in my country and not Fashion Nova’s fault. Crystal has been incredibly helpful Fashion Nova truly have hired the best and I hope that her superior’s realise what an absolute gem she is this is what excellent customer service is like and by far the best experience in that regard.
