I placed an order of $560 USD- in which fedex left the box outside when they "delivered" the package. When I received the notification that it was delivered, there was nothing outside, I waited and asked around neighbors and no one received. when I spoke to Fashion nova, they directed me to fedex. Fed ex stated it was delivered and fashion nova does not require signature so I would have to get refund from them since the package was not received. After speaking with Fashionova about this, they did not take responsibility nor care of the $560.00 amount that i was loosing because of them not taking the responsibility. I tried to appeal the claim with them and fedex and was unsuccessful. They do not care about their customers and replacing what has been lost. I will never order from fashionova again after loosing my 560.00 USD and they said "sorry there is nothing for us to do". I would suggest for you to not order if you are not willing to take the liability.
