I started out loving Fashion Nova but This is getting ridiculous. I Ordered from them on February 17th and it’s March 5th still no packages. I believe they lie about the location of the packages also with the shipping activity. I had a delivery date of February the 26th once the shipping activity said my package was in Austin there was no more movement Austin is only hour drive from here there’s no reason I hadn’t came yet. Not only that then the delivery date was gone I contacted them no help what’s so ever. After contacting them 3 times I checked again then it says the package was in my home town at the shipping facility on February 31st and date will be provided by the carrier when available. Like I said it’s March 5th why would it take almost a week for something to be delivered to me. When it’s already made it to whatever shipping facility in my home town. Makes no sense the shipping activity is bogus and fake.
