I ordered a package for my birthday on september 1st (keep this in mind) it is september 13th now and my package still isn’t here and my birthdays on the 18th and the package says it will be delivered on the 27th of september . what the hell? standard shipping says it’s supposed to take 5 business days and this is causing me emotional distress because customer service won’t answer me and I honestly will never order from here again and i’m thinking of disputing the charge now .
