My items NEVER came. I live in Texas and Fashion Nova used a cheap company called Lone Star Overnight (LSO), which is the absolute worst shipping company and apparently steals customer’s packages. I called, emailed, and chat messaged with both companies several times, with no resolution. As a long time customer of Fashion Nova, I couldn’t believe the treatment I received. They didn’t care that my package never got to me. They just blamed LSO. As far as LSO, just look up their Google reviews! I will never do business with Fashion Nova, or any company again, if they use LSO!
