I placed my order on 12/26 and under each product I was ordering, it said, “Get it by December 28th with express shipping” under that it said “Order within 11 hours” so I ordered a few things, thinking it would be here by the 28th. The order still hasn’t come and it’s been 2 days past that time frame already! When you order express on their site, it says, “3-4 business days” But then sent a mass email saying, their express shipping is taking 7-9 business days at the moment! Therefore, they lied! And if I truly would’ve known that, I would’ve never ordered!! Moreover, I’ve tried to contact them SEVERAL TIMES!!! I’ve contacted them by email & they send generic, bot emails! I’ve called them, their phone doesn’t even ring! You can’t call the physical stores in CA because “store associates can’t assist with online orders!” This is disgusting customer service! It seems like Fashionnova has gotten so big that they don’t care to have helpful customer service and don’t care about their customers! It’s EVIDENT!! People are still going to order from them REGARDLESS! But I’m very much disappointed in them and their service! Just make sure when you order from them, especially around holidays, make sure you don’t believe their shipping time because it can change at any moment! I will NEVER order from them AGAIN!
