Last three years I have been a dedicated supporter of Fashion Nova. Not sure what happened during the end of 2021 going into 2022 but they are falling off. Fake shipping dates that change on a drop of a dime. Damage packages received at their shipping facility with no feedback to customer. It now takes up to (3) weeks to receive your order from them. Customer service email support is ghost, will not respond at all. Can not get anyone on the phone. I currently have a $150.00 order that I have yet to receive, orderd (3) weeks ago! Only resort now it appears is to file a BBB complaint. Sadly my relationship with Fashion is over, which sucks because they have some really nice clothes.
