They ripped me off! Ordered a dress and waited for it to arrive. I received a email stating it had been delivered and noticed they had in fact not only delivered it to the wrong address but to a whole different city from where I live. I immediately emailed them and made them aware of the issue. I was not only denied my order but a refund as well. To add insult to injury the customer service rep kept insinuating that I didn’t know my own address even after I had provided the correct address when placing the order and twice via email. I spent my money and still don’t have my order. I asked for a number to corporate but my request was ignored. I advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from them to run the other way! They care nothing about their customers and have already been sued for hiding negative reviews of their company.
