I have been ordering from this company for many years now, spending thousands of dollars throughout the years. I recently placed an order in July 2022 for merchandise over $200 worth. The items according to Fashion Nova were delivered. I was at my home the day of the delivery and I did not receive my package. I received other packages but not Fashion Novas package. I immediately reached put to their customer service and they responded stating they are not responsible for stolen merchandise and that I should file a police report. This is unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Horrible customer service! I feel scammed and robbed of my hard earned money.
