I have a wedding to attend next week… it is a formal wedding and I have to look nice. I purchased two dresses from fashion nova for $117. Paid for fast shipping so was a little extra. Figured my dresses would arrive quickly. The next day I got a message stating they were cancelling my purchase because my billing address didn’t match where I was sending it. But I was trying to send it to my girlfriends house 🤦‍♀️ Anyways, that part is understandable. Butttttt it’s now been 6 days and I still don’t have a refund. And the wedding is next Saturday and I still don’t have money or anything to wear now. So I’m not happy about that. I order off fashion nova a lot but this is ridiculous. Where is my money?
