I placed an order and it automatically modified my shipping address Once I changed my billing address and I didn’t notice until check out when the order had been processed. I emailed them And I didn’t get a response until the next day saying that they were unable to change the address or make any changes to the order. The order had not even been processed or shipped. Now my order is going to be delivered to the wrong address and they are not going to do anything about it, they won’t let you change your order nor cancel it once it’s been placed. I find it ridiculous that they won’t let you mo modify your order when it hasn’t even been shipped out or processed. their customer support is horrible. You can’t talk to an agent directly. You have to email them and they won’t respond right away. I’m never ordering from Fashion Nova ever again after reading the reviews.
