I placed an order and paid for one day delivery. Package was not delivered to UPS on time by fashion nova. I wasn't home to accept the package because I was traveling and I let fashion nova and UPS know. Asked for the package to be returned so it's not stolen. When I finally heard back from fashion nova, they did not address their shipping mishap, basically made it seem like it's my fault that the items did not arrive on time and had to be sent back. I offered to pick up the items early from UPS location, but UPS couldn't give me that option. Basically I paid over $160, received less than that they wouldn't refund my shipping fee and gave me a store credit that I can ONLY use at Fashion nova. If that isn't stealing, I don't know what is. If you can not guarantee you'll ship items to your customers on time when they pay for shipping, do not advertise as such and take their money and for God's sake, if you don't want too lose more customers explore other options for refunding people their money, that's good customer service.
