Placed an order on 11/26. It finally shipped on 12/04. The company they are using for shipping is GLS. I received a message on 12/05 saying my packages were delivered. I knew
that was not the case, as I am the manager of my building and no deliveries were made by that time in the morning. The photo of the "delivery" is on the ground outside of some rundown house
with bars on the windows, not an apartment building. I live in a large apartment building, which is why I provided my apartment number. When you google the address I provided my building is
the only place that shows up. Fashion Nova will not provide any kind of update or help until it's been 72 hours. I have already waited weeks for my package and now I'm being told there's
nothing they can do. The emails are all computer automated, and there is no number to call. This has cost me over $200. The delivery company is also giving me the runaround and both FN
and GLS keep telling me the package was delivered. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company in the past, and this is insane that they won't do a single thing but take your money and
ignore you. They say they are not responsible for packages that are stolen or picked up by someone else, however the awful delivery company THEY decided to use DELIVERED IT TO THE
WRONG PLACE...and somehow that's MY fault? This needs to be fixed immediately.
