If 0 stars was an option than that would’ve been my choice. I ordered in Nov. 2022, paid $159, never received order. Received an email from FN stating they are not responsible once it leaves their company, they are not responsible for the shipping company (LSO) in which they are paid by FN to deliver their customers order. Per FTC, FN is reliable. I don’t work as hard as I do to give money away. I have written over 20 emails and still nothing. They gave me $15 credit for a $159 order that is still sitting at LSO. FN sucks. I will never order from this company again. I would advise anyone to do the same
