I placed an order for two pairs of pants. I ordered from the “petite” section size XS because I’m 5’2” and as recommended on their website “petite” is for those 5’3” and under. I received my package and one pair of pants came in the “regular” XS size pants. I contacted FN email customer service and they have been completely impossible. At first they asked for pictures of the wrong item revived which I provided and they approved my request to return and get the correct item. Then they told me I had to pay for return shipping on the item they incorrectly sent me. After some back and forth, they decided out of nowhere that I no longer was eligible to return the wrong item they sent me. I have the email treads which prove this. This company is a total scam.
