THIS IS THE WORST experience I have had with a company. I made 2 orders purchases , the first order was delivered to the wrong address and after emailing them several times during which they suggested that I was not telling the truth even when the picture of the delivery door clearly isn’t my address. The told me I should go ask my neighbors as if I worked for fashion nova. The other order which was delivered at the right address is missing over 10 items . After numerous emails, they are refusing to take ownership for the error, I am still to date without merchandise that I paid for. I am truly disgusted by their lack of empathy and just disrespect way they conduct their business. This was my first time ordering from them and until they fix this I with no end give review of my distaste. WORST DELIVERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR BUSINESS ETHICS
