THEY SEND INCORRECT ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN THEIR SALE SECTION (THE ONES THAT THEY CANT GET RID OF ONLINE), THEY WILL SEND TO YOU BY “ACCIDENT” AND IF YOU DONT REPORT THE ITEMS WITHIN 48 HOURS (for ex: if you are out of town and can’t check the mail in time) THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE( even if it was their fault for packing the wrong items in the first place). THEY WONT EVEN CREDIT YOU IN A GIFT CARD FORM OR SEND YOU THE ORIGINAL ITEMS YOU ORDERED. Report them to “Better business bureau”. Fashion Nova is a shady company.
