I purchased a dress from Fashion Nova online. The dress cost $24.50, shipping cost $6.99 and tax cost $1.97. that is a total of $33.46 i spent on the dress. when i received the dress i tried it on and saw it was to snug. so i placed it back in the package it came in so i could return it. I spent $11.00 dollars to return the dress. Now I've spent a total of $44.46 on a dress i don't have. Fashion nova emailed me a couple of days later with my refund on a gift card for $13.02. i was in shock to see i only got 13.02 back when i spent in total $44.46. when i emailed them questioning why i only got $13.02 they responded telling me the dress was damaged! the dress was never damaged and was never worn besides me trying on the dress. Now i dont have an outfit and im out $44.46 because i refuse to order from then ever again. this is not customer service they basically took my money!!!
