Customer service is horrible. they have NONE. i am surprised that #CardiB would promote this clothing line as i see her as a no nonsense or BS kind of women. You have to pay for returning items even if it because of horrible costumer service and false advertisment. They change there sales so fast you actually lose more money when you think your getting the best deal. i ordered twice from them promising overnight or priority shipping but it has been 5 days and i still have not received anything. on top of that they will not accommodate or credit anything to my account. they are very satisfied with how unpleased i am and sent me information to return instead of finding a resolution to satisfy my complaint. i am hoping another company will pick up fashionova line and take it to a better place but whatever is going on right now is horrible and by what i see with the high complaints on low ratings i dont see this company lasting much longer. if you can wait weeks for your clothes go for the cheap stuff most of their things are cheap material anyways. the only thing that works are the jeans for the fitting but even then the jeans are very thin.
