I purchased three pairs of pants for my daughter- none of them fit. One was too big and two were too small. I filled out the return postcard, shipped it to the address listed, and waited. I was never issued a credit for the items, so I called them and they said none of my items were received. I had lost my tracking number from the post office when we moved, and could not believe they had lost my return! Here were are, six months later, and they still refuse to issue credit for my items. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful and they stole my money.
