I received many compliments on the dress I had purchased, but take note of two things: 1 - when ordering shoes, I suggest ordering a size up 2 - should you want to return items, be careful of possible extra fees I ordered shoes in my usual size which turned out to be too small. Fashion Nova stated that I could return the shoes for a store credit and then I could order a new pair, but in such case, I would be charged an additional 50% restocking fee and should the item be returned in resalable condition. In my opinion, the same applies to the seller. If a seller expects an item to be in a salable condition, then the customer should also be entitled to an item that is in usable condition. When a customer purchases a service or an item, they do so in good faith - good faith that the service or item is in a reasonable condition, which it was not: I ordered the correct size and was provided a faulty item. I should not be penalized for wanting to return a faulty item.
