There customer service is horrible!! I sent back items for a return on 11/7 and whatever delivery service they use for returns have no delivered my items, it continues to say in transit. I have contacted FashionNova numerous times and continue to get the same automated replies!! It doesn’t take this long for items to be sent back!! They are not offering me no type of resolution! They returns are not easy and I would recommend not to use their return service and to simply do your own return not through them!!! They need better customer service, no wonder they don’t have a customer service number!!!! Just horrible
