Huge issue with Delivery career!
If I could give 0 star then would be perfect!
I am dealing with delivery issue. It's been more than 7 business days now and no update for delivery. Fashion Nova customer care is not fabulous according to their voice message on the phone.
They don't know what's going on, and after this long time one of the customer rep sent me an email regarding the lost/damage form that I should fill out! Investigation takes 30 business days?!!! Really guys? I ordred clothes for an important event, I spent money and now I should wait for 30 business days to even get my money back? The funny thing is even the shipping career doesn't have update where the hell package is! I asked to talk to supervisor or manager regarding this issue but the guy who named Braulio and was really rude said supervisor can not do anything for you! I am not looking for any credit or refund, I just wanna the clothes that I ordered.
I even told him, I can reorder clothes and when the first package arrives return one of them, just provide free shipping to me! you can use the standard shipping in the website!
Also, the most worth thing that peaces me off was the guy said we are not responsible for shipping issue! really??Are you kidding me? when I am placing order you guys use cheap and low quality shipping! Fashion Nova customer service is not responsible and caring! sorry but 0 star! You guys should care about your customers not because famous people use this brand don't care about other customers!
