During cyber Monday I placed an order using the code Cyber90 at first the discount applied and when the money came off my card, they did not honor the discount causing almost $200 to come out of my bank acct. I called to speak with them about applying the discount or refunding me my money ( the order had not yet shipped) they told me they couldn’t. So I asked to speak with a supervisor and for some reason one was never available. Fashion Nova customer support is so horrible, and unprofessional. Last ever shopping with them!
