I ordered from fashionnova never received my package but yet I got an email that my package was been delivered,this isn't the first time I ordered from them with no problem, after I reached out to them they instructed me to file a claim which I did,after a few days of not hearing back from them I decided to call,after the representative answer and he as what was the problem and I told him ,he flat out told me not to call back that number until they reached out to me,you tell me now I'm spending my money and this person is going to tell me not to call after no one reached out to me,his attitude stinks, its was a Hispanic accent, I'm so irritated and frustrated, is this the way they treat their customers? All I need is my package or my dam money back,I have no interest in fashionnova after this experience,obviously I'm not gonna go to my Christmas party because my package still isn't here,very,very disappointed, if I could give a 0 star for this experience I would.
