Ordered $370 worth of merchandise on cyber Monday and didn’t get a confirmation email it doesn’t even show I have any completed orders on my account either. I usually never have a issue and get my items 2-3 days later not even paying extra for shipping. But this is ridiculous no reply to my emails or anything. If it’s late or something I wouldn’t even mind but taking my money and then nothing to show for it is bad on the company. The promos are still running yet orders still haven’t been filled. I can see it’s not just me now. I was having a mini meltdown thinking of I had done something wrong. The only proof I have is the money missing in my account. Reading down I see that people are going to contact their banks to get the money returned to them and that’s what It’s going to have to come down to now.
