You cannot get a refund, only store credit. During sales, expect a long shipment time. During sales, you may purchase an item to find out later it wasn't available. You won't get your money back, just store credit. With all of the celebs they pay to promote their products, you'd think they'd invest in a better business plan and customer support team.
