So I went on their website to order items and when I got to the payment area I backed out and decided to buy the items on quad pay. Well what I didn’t know is that it still charged me from the website for the same items which cost me over $100. I called customer service and they are only offering store credit but told me I should refuse the package. I don’t want store credit when I spent double what I meant to spend all because of technology. I never hit the place the order button but it still charged me. I want my $100 back in full because I don’t want the items twice. They are stealing our money saying they only give back store credit. Companies that do that are only worried about one thing and it’s their pockets not their customers!
