FIRST TIME ORDERING ON LINE. I PUT IN THE WRONG SIZE OF THE JEANS I WANTED. I CALLLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SWITCH THE SIZE WITH IN 5 MINUTES. AND WAS TOLD ONLY THING THEY COULD DO FOR ME WAS TO REORDER THE SAME ORDER THEN CALL BACK AND THEY WOULD CANCEL OUT ORDER. HOW STUPID IS THAT AND WHO HAS TIME TO SIT ON COMPUTER AND PHONE TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WOULD WANT A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER TO BE PLEASED AND COME BACK AND ORDER AGAIN AND TELL PEOPLE ABOUT WEBSITE. NOW I WILL NEVER RETURN AS A CUSTOMER I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. REMEMBER CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND SHOULD BE HELPED WHEN NEED. IM SO SORRY TJHIS COMPANY WILL NOT LAST, HANDLING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. IM STILL IN SHOCK OVER CHANGING A SIZE WHICH WOULDVE TOOK FIVE SECONDS TO DO.HORRIBLE COMPANY
