Fashion Nova is a popular site, however it seems like as a company you are ripping your customers off. I had a very important event to attend. I decided to go with fashion nova and purchase my attire. Prior to purchasing I was guaranteed a delivery date of 2.12.20. However on 2.12.20 I received an email stating i will not be receiving my items until 2.13.20. I reached out to customer service and they were horrible and inconsiderate. When a packaged stated expected delivery date we as customers know this is not guaranteed. When informing a customer something is guaranteed this assures this date is promised! False advertisement! Poor service! Never will I order from fashion nova
