A package arrived to my house opened with half my order missing. I reached out to their customer service, who said they cannot do anything and have to file a claim with UPS. Not only did my package take way to long to be shipped, it came with only half the order in it, when the order was valued at over $300. Will UPS expect my claim? They better because that is horrible customer service Fashion Nova. There should be more support given to customers who have shipping issues, ESPECIALLY ones who purchased high quantities of items. BEWARE of this potential customers, do not purchase high amounts of items because apparently half of it will be lost in transit and Fashion Nova will do nothing to help you other than tell you to file a claim.
