I spoke with one lady from the customer service team. She was an inhumane person, and I regret to speak with her.she didn’t listen to the customer’s questions. Please, fashion nova train your staff. It is embarrassing how they speak with clients. Next, They have poor return services. They don’t want to return your money, rather they force you to get store credit. I would like to conclude that fashion nova is not a good place to spend your hard-earned money.
