On my recent order I was missing a top to one of my sets, so I emailed the company and asked them to ship me the top; and they told me they could not do that and only gave me the options to get store credit for half of the set’s cost or return with shipping being covered by me to get full store credit. Very irritating that their company was the one to forget an item in my order and they refused to ship the item to me or even give me an actual refund. That was a month ago and I still have not received anything back from it. Do not recommend purchasing from Fashion Nova unless you want missing items, bad customer service, and to be practically forced to order another order.
