I added something to my cart. I received an email stating my order was received. I immediately called them and told them to remove the card on file and that there was some sort of glitch. They refused to cancel. Once I received the items I immediately returned them. I called Fashioniva and gave them the shipping number. This was last June. They refuse to refund me. I have a full email thread and they still refuse stating they don’t have proof they received the items
