Reported it and told She they will only offer 25% next order as it’s out of the time frame. Disgusted and shocked - stay away from Fashion Nova. Shocking service, no customer care. Worst company ever! 25% off is ridiculous for an item that is faulty. I’m from the uk and faulty items are replaced or refunded . They have not tried to resolve the issue instead of referring me to your terms and conditions which is unfair and inappropriate
