Wow. Let me tell you. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 25 years on this earth. I ordered a mesh skirt and top set which came in DAMAGED. The mesh had a hole on the arm sleeve. This item happened to come in while I was on vacation. I was 24 hours over their return policy, but reached out to customer service the moment I got home and opened it. When I called, they basically said "too bad, you're not qualified to return it". I asked to speak with a manager or to escalate the issue - for this was not just an item I didn't like or didn't need anymore... IT WAS DAMAGED. The man on Fashion Nova's customer service team said sarcastically, "Yeah, sure let me go grab him, he's right here..." and then HUNG UP THE PHONE!!!!! YES! Hung up the phone on a customer. I called back and got a different representative on the line. I told him what had just happened to me and he apologized. He said he would refund the item and gave me a code to use for a discount the next time I checked out. But, THE CODE WAS INVALID. Giving one star because at least after ONE HOUR on the phone, they had the decency to give me my money back for the damaged item. Have not ordered from them since.
