I haven't had any updates on my package for a week, They state they supposedly came to my house but nobody was there. We have no choice but to be home so thats a lie! This is my very first order with fashion nova and my last because you would think they use a postal service that is known and reliable such as Canada post or UPS, even DHL is good but no they use a postal service where you can't contact the postal office or they don't have a customer service section or even a phone#. My package was supposed to arrive last week, it states they were gonna try the next business day which would've been the Tuesday and its now been a week and nothing! I'm disappointed. I had been emailing for about a week and the responses are all the same, and generic.
