They are no helpful with returns. I have been doing installment payments but I returned an outfit that was too big and was hoping since I didn’t pay the whole thing yet, if they could just stop the next 3 payments since I no longer have this item and they insisted on having to finish paying it off and then give me store credit. Store credit is them basically still keeping that money because it’s just honing you go back to them since there is nowhere else you can use it. I want my money back and to stop paying it off and I have no way of stopping it because they just send me emails saying they’ll give me store credit after I pay it off. They are thief’s.
