I purchased this dress and a few other stuff, and when I was checking out they didn’t have the option to do the one day shipping. However, after placing the order I decided to call customer care and when I did they said to place the order again and when the 2nd package arrives just let the guy know it’s a duplicate package and they’ll rerun it and so he did. Now after the return I waited two weeks For the gift card to be issued just so that I can call back to get a refund into my account and two weeks later they issued me the same gift card, and now when I call back they’re telling me that it’ll take take 7-10 business days again! And called another agent to find out why, and they hung up! Fashionnova has terrible customer service on top of everything!
