I purchased a couple clothing items from Fashion Nova almost a month ago and still have no received my package. I got a text saying that my order had been shipped and that it would be here by a certain day. My package never came to my door step. I also asked my neighbour who lives right next to me, if they saw a package delivered and they said no. I’ve been in constant contact with fashion nova about this issue and they keep telling me the same thing. “Your package was delivered”. No it wasn’t. Everyone talks about how great this company is but the reality is, it’s not that great and their customer service sucks. I want my money back. I will never order clothing from your company ever again. I am very disappointed.
