Worst experience ever, save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. Contacted costumer service within one hour of placing an order to tell them I needed to change the shipping address. Their response just said no we can't do that but you can return it once received. I explained again, I didn't want to return it I needed the address changed. How am I supposed to return something if it's shipped to the wrong address? Next three emails to them went ignored and a few days later they ship it to the wrong address anyway. The order had not even been processed when I made the first request so they could have easily changed it but refused to help their paying costumer. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau although it will be a waste of time, they ignore emails from their customers why will they do anything different for the BBB? Terrible company and will never buy from them again.
