I ordered over a month ago. I signed up so I can get info on my package. Thinking oh yeah this will take some time but time is what I go. The estimated time kept getting pushed back so I emailed them. They responded with ‘ you sent it back and we will be processing it as a return’ . I did not send this back. So I asked if they could resend it and I’ll pay the delivery fee that was free before ( I ordered a lot) they sent me another email that was the same as the last. Then I asked again and every time I email I get the ‘ you sent it back you get a credit and only can get items that are in stock ‘. Why would I order again if I won’t get the package ?
