If I could give them no stars I would. I created a return, decided to try and ship it through my own carrier only to find out it would cost $20 to ship back. I saw that they had an option to purchase a shipping label for $7.99. I emailed customer service numerous times, and they just kept sending me the return policy over and over again. Finally got a response of “sorry for the inconvenience but we can not make changes to returns” even though it states in their policy that you can choose to cancel a return if you want. It’s been back and forth for over a week now, so I’ll have to spend $20 just to get a $60 store credit. Then they offer you a 25% off coupon even though their normal sales are 30-40% off. It’s a scam, your money is lost, that’s it. Especially in difficult times like this, they don’t care about the customer what so ever. Please save your money and do not ship at Fashion Nova.
