I like Fashion Nova. Just with any online purchase you never know. I see some of these reviews and you know when you first order from a new place especially online it is good to only order a couple of items. I had ordered a few things in medium because that's what I normally wear and even though they fit me they were snug but good. I will just order large next time. And I love their pants, they are so comfortable. I am very picky about Jean's but will be ordering mine from here from now on. I am torn on whether or not to go off of reviews of a product because I have noticed that when I first ordered pants from them I noticed a lot of them had reviews from women who were the same height and about the same weight as me...I am 5'6 and about 145lbs...there were a couple girls that were about the exact same as me who said they ordered size 13 and they fit good for them. Luckily I finally went with a size 9 and they fit perfect (and yes I have a big butt) so I was glad I went with my gut. But there have been a few items that I did go by reviews (not jeans) and they fit perfect. I believe it has to do with your body shape too. I would recommend them.
