Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is disgusting. I’ve been waiting two weeks for an order which I did not receive. Upon tracking it said that the package was unable to be located. I immediately called Fashionnova to inquire about the lost package and the first thing the customer service rep did was offer me the shipping company’s number (Lasership). I then went on to explain that I had already contacted the shipper and was informed that the package was lost. She proceeded to tell me that she was unable to assist and an investigation would have to be made. At this point I requested to speak to a supervisor/manager. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. When the “supervisor” came on the line I proceeded to tell him how dissatisfied I was with the length of time I’d been placed on hold. He refused to give me a chance to speak and kept speaking over me. When I was finally able to speak he informed me that in no way would I receive a refund even if I had not received said package. He said that on his end he can see that the shipping company placed the item on hold but that a refund would still not be issued. He said that the company would have to file a claim and investigate what happened to the package. I requested to speak to a manager at this point and he said that he was the highest person available and no one else would be able to assist me. I find it very unfair that I am unable to receive a refund for items I did not receive. He didn’t even offer store credit (which I don’t want). Just said that a refund will not be issued. Buy at your own risk.
