Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You Will be waiting on hold for at least 15+ minutes to speak with someone you’ll be lucky if they don’t hang up on you. Also if you speak with a supervisor expect to wait another 15 minutes. Will send you your order but the bag will be ripped items will be missing and it will take at least three weeks to get a store credit because they don’t give your money back. If items are missing they will want a picture of the packing receipt or a picture of the items that you received. Even email correspondence is slow I emailed them and it took them a week to get back with a response.
